服務一般. 房間沒有衣架. 打掃衞生的工作人員服務態度很差. 入住酒店大堂辦理入住手續很慢. 也沒有工作人員幫忙帶去前台辦理入住手續. 總之服務沒有倒位. 以後不會再選擇這家酒店入住.

非常棒很大間～ 舒服！有balcony~ 贊！ 一家人都喜歡還加多2晚！ 附近也很方便很多餐廳不需要擔心找不到吃的！

We stayed at GEO Resort & Hotel and had a truly wonderful time! Every room comes with its own balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated with a touch of luxury. The surroundings were peaceful and scenic, creating the perfect getaway vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The only downside was that check-in was a bit slow, but once settled in, everything else was excellent. We would happily stay here again!

Thank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it. Thumbs up pf the excellent service to the us. We will surely come again and stay at the hotel. We will recommend our family and friends to your hotel for the service and near food eateries...thank you and have a blessed July. Your sincerely Mr Fauzy 👏👏👍👍😊

Hotel senang untuk jumpa. Banyak tempat boleh pergi makan senang. Turun bawah saja banyak tempat makan. Sarapan pon sedap, banyak menu menarik. Kalau 3 hari 2 malam lagi best. Amenities lengkap. Cuma beratur dalam 7-10mins masa checkin tu.

Nice Hotel. It is very convenient as there are many shop selling good food within walking distance. Just one thing need to take note, car parking is free but remember to validate TnG card at receptionist before exit. Otherwise, the minimum charges is RM10/entry.

房間陽台玻璃門隔音太差，晚上休息馬路上有摩託車的哄鳴聲，還有網絡不太穩定，在衞生間還要差些，如出門酒店一會回來網絡又要重連輸房號輸姓挺麻煩的，希望酒店能改進。其他都挺好的。
