Very nice view from the hotel. Excellent services and the most prefer restaurant was Chinese Restaurant at Level 1. We are very satisfied with every day house keeping in the room. Keep up your work 😍😍

I have many things to say about this hotel. However, most importantly it's definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. Please do not be mislead by the information given. Location is quite far from skyworlds, skyavenue and all the attractions in Genting. Moreover, it's in very close proximity to Amber Court which gives off a quite unsettling outlook. Upon arriving to the hotel, it was very confusing trying to understand the layout. There are 2 towers but no information is given in the first place to navigate through. The way to our room was not impressive either. Enclosed corridors with fake grass carpets and selling food that looks as if it were sitting there for a long time. The elevators were a nightmare to get on. Staff with big carts full of bedding to do house keeping did not have a designated staff lift and had to use the guests' lift. This resulted in waiting a very long time to get on the lift as many people were also waiting. Hotel breakfast was acceptable. Just a few cold foods. The best part was the fresh waffles serve.d Once we entered our room, the door creaked very VERY loudly. Our room was quite small and did not have a full kitchen with utensils. Only one sink and some cups. The bathroom was small also and had a clogged sink. The hairdryer provided did not have sufficient power and heat.The floor and bedding had some questionable stains. Overall, my family and I did not have a 5 star experience at this hotel. It is more comparable to a 3 star experience. So if you are considering booking this hotel, please keep that in mind. Would not book this again

Location is ok if got own transport

The hotel lobby is at another tower. The hotel is nice and spacious.

We stayed at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel in a Two-Bedroom unit on 28 July, arriving and checking in around 6pm. We were shocked at the poor condition and cleanliness of the room. The toilet had a strong urine smell, there were visible fingerprints on the wardrobe glass, algae growth on the window, stained curtains, dirty and marked walls and doors, and a dusty, dirty floor. The pillowcases smelled as if they had not been changed, and the table top surface was in bad condition. The condition was so bad that after our dinner, we decided to check out around 9pm on the same day. For a property of this scale, this level of hygiene and maintenance is completely unacceptable. It is clear that the housekeeping standards and upkeep have been severely neglected. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected when booking here.

Great for short 永安. Must be prepare to get shuttle bus or drive up to Genting resort. Need to validate your parking card each time you exit the parking to enjoy the free parking.

我們抵達時check in是很順暢的，可是Tower 2 的樓太久，廁所很骯臟，後來換去T4（比較新），可是來回走去carpark是比較麻煩。距離雲頂遊樂場所，大概10分鐘距離左右，建議take grab更方便一些。衹是check in 和builiding有點繁瑣。圖片是T2的房，太臟所以要求換了。換了以後好很多。

Our stay was lovely, we enjoyed the 永安! The staff was also friendly.
