My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. The service is very good he know my situation and then Ms Mashitah direct call me to change room. she give me two option which room is suitable for me and wife. Thank you for the good service keep it up!

Not clear instructions going to the parking lot and guidelines to the tower and rooms sent last minute until we find the host. WiFi malfunction and cannot connect. Overall is ok. Just these unnecessary issues. Will not choose this place as first choice if visit genting again.

Dear Team, We are not happy at all with our booking room. Supposedly give us more comfortable. but like horror. the sofa can sell to BESI BURUK sudah. In the bathroom no shower. Please upgrade your service. Thank you.

The method of check in wasting customer time, and collecting amount rm200 of deposit is ridiculous. It’s by far the most hugest amount i ever heard and have to pay it by cash which cost me a lot of troubles .

studio was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. however, the location was a bit far, and the check-in process was inconvenient (just a lil bit) since the check-in spot and the actual stay were at different places. It’s not the best option if you don’t have a car, as getting around can be challenging. Overall, a decent stay, but something to consider before booking.

Book at your own risk! 🤡 Overpriced unit with foreign worker rental house standard. Both units I booked are extremely dirty. It was a shame as all family members are complaining about the cleanliness and their bad experience. Floor was sticky, 4 water heaters malfunction, doors broken, kitchenware are terribly dirty, toilet rack full of dust and mould, and you can find out their funny diy rack. Wifi cannot use and the hilly place has poor reception. Their customer service was not responsive at all. Funny part was, we were not allowed to check in early, thus we had to go to geo38 at 3pm and stuck in the long queue for an hour. By the time we got our key, it was almost 4.30pm. Be ready to waste your time there. There was a funny option for you to top up and “upgrade” and stay in geo38 to skip the long check in queue. Car park wise, 1 unit 1 parking lot. The parking lot they arranged was so funny. We stayed in Tower 1 and Tower 2 but the parking lots we got were in Tower 3 haha. Get ready to drive very deep in to Tower 3 car park and walked a long way back and take lift from car park to level 1 and walk to your tower and take lift back to your unit. Good thing was we are able to request extra parking lot from the security guard. I thought this price can get a matching standard stay but all of us were so disappointed. Overall, it was totally worthless and ruined our holiday mood. And after this I personally think that staying in genting hotels are better and can save more time than staying in any homestay in mid-hill. If you prefer to stay mid-hill, can consider other properties as Midhills is quite old. And maybe choose other operators rather than 7stonez. They just want to take your money without doing anything.

Tempat yang sangat sangat best for healing. Jauh dari kesibukan Kota. Hotel sangat bersih. Harga berpatutan. Kedai makan banyak. Senang semua facilities cukup. Service tiptop. Recommend. Sure will repeat again.

Hafiz (part time or intern, not sure if got the name correctly) who helped us with the transfer deserves to be recognised. He was accommodating and helpful. The residence was perfect for families. Loved the space and layout of the unit which was really suitable for us. Accessible to eateries, minimarts, outlet and resorts world. Overall is great!
