阿娃娜酒店 (Resorts World Awana)

I stayed at Awana Resort for 3 days. The room was big and clean, which is a plus point, and the warm pool was enjoyable. It’s a good place if your main purpose is golfing or shopping at the Premium Outlet — the free shuttle service is convenient. However, if you plan to spend most of your time at Genting Resort for shopping, dining, or entertainment, it can be inconvenient. You’ll need to take either the cable car or a Grab. I preferred Grab, as it’s cheaper, especially when travelling with a group. Breakfast was average — the milk for oats wasn’t cold, and there weren’t many vegetables for the salad (only one type at the counter). One unpleasant experience was getting locked out of my room on the second day after a tiring day. Both key cards failed, and I had to walk all the way to the reception. There was no explanation or apology from the staff, which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay if you’re there for golf or outlet shopping, but less ideal if your plans revolve around Genting Resort attractions.

Overall, the experience is quite good, and the check-in process is quick. The shuttle service to the Genting Premium Outlet runs on time. Breakfast is so-so, but it offers a variety of foods and drinks with the best golf view while enjoying your meal. Just to highlight one thing, I think the front desk employees didn't explain much about where the breakfast area is or the check-out time, so we had to ask. I hope this can be improved.

It could be so incredible good if there is some additional free complimentary mini bar (soft drinks/snacks) for the kids. This is villa, so i was expected something extra a little bit along with the much higher price of the villa. Other than that, all is good and will book the hotel again in the future

I like this village very much. The gym, pool, restaurants and the gardens. The staff help us by taking care of our bags as we arrive at 10.00. The shuttle provided by AGH take us to cable car. So we spent the out door games in Genting Theme Park without worry. But please make sure your room has view... Just ask. I will come back soon..

!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - BED BUGS !!! Terrible Experience – Bed Bugs & No Accountability My partner got bed bug bites during our stay and provided photos + a doctor’s note to the hotel. It’s been 3 days with no response, and they refuse to refund me. Bed bugs are a serious health and hygiene issue, and the lack of urgency in addressing this matter is appalling. Photos attached show that the bites are consistent with bed bug bite patterns. Completely unacceptable for a resort of this standard. Avoid if you value cleanliness and proper customer service.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The rooms are well-maintained and quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay. The environment is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for rest or work. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

住了三晚，第一晚酒店被人包了辦派對，還請了保安封路，我們開車繞了三圈都找不到另外一條路進酒店，想問保安，那些保安就直接叫我們走，開始以為是警察封路不敢逗留太久，繞了第三圈實在忍不住了才問“我們是酒店住客請問怎麼進酒店”，而且還好我家本地人會説馬來話！不知道如果遊客大晚上遇到這種要怎麼辦！然後這個私人派對一直鬧到晚上12點才結束，整個房間都在震動的感覺，不得又去換一個房間。

房間什麼不錯，但是床太高了，如果小個子的，坐床上腳肯定不能着地，我1.58，反正坐床上腳不能着地，我的房間洗手盆堵死了，住一晚，也懶得通知來維修，服務不錯，我充電寶掉房間，晚上去拿還在，下午茶不划算，可以不訂，早餐偏馬來餐!

Very nice food at Smokehouse beside pool for dinner. Ala carte breakfast at The Lodge facing Lawn also very nice. Murtabak and roti telur very nice. All the fruits at the onsite fruits stall taste really good. Can buy their cut fruits platter to try different types of fruits. Overall very nice and resort ambience with plentiful activities for families.

Stayed at Genting Awana Resort and really enjoyed the experience. The resort is surrounded by greenery, giving a peaceful retreat away from the busy hilltop crowd. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities like the heated pool and golf course are well maintained, and the shuttle service to SkyAvenue is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great choice if you prefer a quieter stay while still being close to Genting Highlands attractions.
