酒店地理位置很棒，打車去哪都方便，周邊吃的地兒也不少。 房間很大很乾凈，入住也方便。 和朋友們一起出遊，晚上有足夠的地方一起聊天玩耍，非常棒！

Booked for my Fam in Law, perfectly great, spacious and clean. Check in ABIT of a hassle, and parking to lift is quite a distance. If you're travelling with elderly please drop them off at the main door.

This 3-bedroom 2-toilet condo is not as new as mentioned in the ad. The air cons in the bedroom and the living room are not functioning when we arrived. Water even dripping from it during our stay. The big towels are shabby that look like they have been used for long time and smelly, also the bedsheets are a bit worn out. The stay in this condo is overall disappointing.

We had a pleasant 3D2N stay  with my friends with a nice view .  The place is convenient near to Georgetown .. the rooms are spacious & clean for 7 of us

Had an amazing stay. A family member had bad food poisoning so we tried requesting for early check in. Was informed that at that time, around 12 noon the room was not ready but they had requested housekeeping to expedite cleaning. Before 2pm we received notification that the room is ready. Kudos to the team for accomodating our request as our family member was so grateful that sge can crawl between the clean bedsheets to rest! The unit is very clean. The water filter, steam iron & hair dryer came in very handy. We did not use the other things like induction, microwave & umbrella which was provided. Also appreciated the booklet with comprehensive info on food & places of interest. Host kept checking on us in case we needed anything. Thank you!!

Check in and out instructions was clear and easy to access. Air con leakage & noisy in the living room & 1 of the room. TV not working but team members was prompt in sloving the issue. Overall, the stay was acceptable & pleasant.

We enjoy Good sleep in the Tropicana Alv Suites . Walking 5 minutes to Loh Guan Lye Hospital . Walking to two Welling pharmacies and Big Pharmacy . 5-10 minutes walking to macalister Central , Ah Teik Durian Lorong Susu , Salted Chicken Xiang Peng Peng , etc . Can buy water and put luggages in the Ace Mart . Location in Tower B .

The indoor environment is as seen online; The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the rotating design towards the parking lot. It makes me dizzy. We rented a three-bedroom apartment for eight people. The management office only provided two free parking spaces. We paid RM85 for an additional car of two days.
