Hotel room is well maintain. But the facilities is for The Sho hotel, in the listing put the facilities is not belong to BreakX hotel room. No room service , request tissue box from level 9 reception they told us we need to request from ground floor mart. Important *** We check in in the mart no standard at all.

A full body length mirror is needed as quad room only have 1 mirror at basin. Kettle area a bit dusty. Hotel arranged the room as per my request and i was delighted for it.a water dispenser is available at lift lobby and convenient with both room temperature and hot water.swimming pool equipped with jacuzzi.

-Room is spacious, very clean, comfortable & quality bed. -There’s a Coway water dispenser next to the life, but hot water not functioning during my stayed. -Shower water not strong enough. -Air cond not functioning well. -Housekeeping not attended everyday, I was not sure what’s happened. -A distance to Georgetown. I HATE THIS… as I am a hotel guest, parking have to pay too, RM 10 for everyday.

酒店很乾凈整潔 前台安排了提前入住 還送了飲品卷。但是健身房和洗衣房用不了 屬於施工狀態 希望儘快改進 下次還會選擇入住

I was very disappointed with my stay in x break hotel as the room is terrible cockroaches running over the room , water leaking in toilet . And the services it’s so so bad :) the staff and person in charge was refuse to refund and there was no person in charge available during the weekend to assist or solve the issue . When I raised my concern the only compensation they offer was a late check out but this did not improve the situation as it was already unpleasant to stay there any longer . I will not return and recommend this hotel ! 😡

深夜1點幾到達酒店，很迅速就辦理好入住手續，房間很大，很新，每層都有水機！ 唯獨是地理位置真係比較差一點，出入必須call車，樓下有一間餐廳，除此之外，附近沒有其他商店！ 酒店還在建設中，泳池隔離還在裝修，因此泳池水都有點污糟！

A very nice hotel located within residential area of Jelutong, next to an older Condo. The parking was easy, rooms were absolutely superb with minimalist muji style.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some standout aspects and a few areas that could be improved. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, ensuring that the room was always tidy and well-maintained. The common areas, including the lobby and the pool area, were equally well-kept. This level of cleanliness made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location of BreakX Hotel is quite good, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough by Grab. While it may not be in the absolute heart of the tourist district, it is still very accessible and offers a good balance between convenience and a quieter stay. The service at BreakX Hotel was average. While the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, there were a few instances where the level of service could have been better. The front desk staff was not efficient or friendly with check-in procedures. However, the majority of staff were always willing to help and did their best to accommodate any requests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a few disappointing experiences during my stay. During check-in, I found that the bedroom light and the ceiling light near the curtains were fused and not functioning. On the second day, after housekeeping serviced the room, there was a strong drainage smell in the room, and I noticed many fingerprints on the glass door and mirrors, which made the cleanliness feel incomplete. Additionally, the provided amenities were not fully stocked as expected. On a positive note, the swimming pool is very nice and well-maintained, which I enjoyed. However, it would be better if the gym could be renovated soon as it has not yet been updated. I hope the management can look into these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.
