My whole 永安 was ruined only for this shitty hotel. While check in they provided wrong room. Previous guest was already inside. Second room was full dirty and covered with long hair. Most importantly washroom. Commode was filled with water. After complaining, they called maintenance and the guy said not enough water pressure right now, later it will be fixed. Had to use washroom outside. Informed to reception to change room on next day, black indian lady receptionist said, it’s an old building, all commode was same. I have never seen washroom like this before. If you don’t wanna ruin your 永安, better to avoid this one.

Room is spacious and comfy. Very clean room. It comes with bath tub. Location wise easy to find but still under the old building name. Staff ( sutharsan, zulis thivhasini, very friendly and helpful. Surely will come again.

호텔 이름이 달라서 찾는 데 애를 먹었어요. 위치는 좋은데 오래 된 호텔이라 사람도 많지 않고, 4성급 호텔이라고 하기엔 관리가 잘 안 되고 있어요.

Room is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities and bedding like in a 5 star hotel. Located next to Penang Plaza easy for shopping. Manager and front desk staff were very hospitable. Should hang some art work on the wall of the room as it's quite bare. Will stay again soon.

Location strategic . New Hotel New Environment. Staff was excellent customer service Mr. Sutharsan & Mr. Zulis. manager was warm pleasant Mr Ahmad Din & Mr Suresh. Throughout our stay housekeeper was also helpful Mr. Masud.
