衞生：酒店整體很乾凈，房間也很乾凈，就是上樓要求把自己的鞋存在他們的寄存箱裏，然後穿他們的拖鞋上樓，拖鞋是循環利用的，不確定是否消毒，挺擔心會不會有之前客人的腳氣，能一次性的話還是比較好的，我自己挺介意的但是沒得選擇。 環境：旁邊是個球場，晚上打球會打到11點多聲音很大，燈開的很亮。去附近的商場什麼倒是很方便，都很近。 設施：房間裏面積不大，行李箱展開就沒法走路了，衞生間很乾凈，熱水也很快，但是冰箱聲音很大（看圖），一晚上都轟隆隆，空調風再開大點，睡眠淺的可能睡不好。選的帶陽台的房間，沒想到陽台就是個樓梯（看圖），直通樓下，就一根繩子攔着，沒什麼安全感。 服務：入住的體驗很不好，需要100零吉的現金按金，刷卡付款寶微信什麼都不支持的，visa銀聯都不行，就為了這個按金，硬要我出去換錢，説外面吃飯都要現金的，我在這待了4天，衹有這家酒店完全不支持中國的網上付款，刷卡都不行挺無語的，夜市小攤都有，還有2塊錢的税，也衹收現金，弄得我硬要跑出去一趟。衹能説除了便宜，沒有什麼其他優點，差不多價格的別的酒店也有，衹能説避雷吧。 不過上樓小哥都會幫提行李，人特別好。1分是給他的。

位置很好，非常方便，簡單整潔，第一次來檳城的十分合適，性價比很高，唯一就是房間不大，其他都很好很舒服

大交通方面是非常不錯的，附近就有商場，要吃啥買啥都很方便；要脱鞋換鞋子上樓，整體還是乾淨、安全；就是因為樓板房，如果樓上住客走路很重就有聲音，隔音效果不算太好；其他整體都不錯的； 辦理入住的小哥有個胖胖的很乖，有個又瘦又高的就比較酷；入住需要交100按金是現金哦，退房的時候退；還要交一個每天2元的税費；其他沒有了；行李有小哥幫你搬上搬下。整體不錯哈

Cleanliness is not up to par. Some stain on the bedding and not very clean in the washroom. Also, a broken / shaky shower head. The hotel is not considerate at all. There was a morning check out beside my room I guess. And they started to do the cleaning, causing a lot of noise as early as 8 - 9am in the Sunday morning. Very annoying to be honest. I was there to relax and enjoy but I couldn't even enjoy my sleep peacefully on a Sunday morning.

The toilet looks a bit old and room is small. The room is at 2nd floor with no lifts and poor corridor lightings. The location is good with Gama Supermarket within a hundred meter.

Just a couples of minutes walk from ferry terminal and you will find paradise. Thanks for the great price, be nice to the cat who loves to hangout with guest and watch TV 😊

A little gem in the heart of the town. It is so closed to everything. The room was bright and spotless. Despite in the heart of everything, we hardly hear any noise from the neighborhood. There are lots of eateries and a big shopping mall just at the back of the hotel. The service was good as well. There is nothing to complain about given it good value for money!

Honestly this hotel has great potential, the downside is the management needs to improve- the facilities are breaking down and the hotel is taking short cuts. The pillows are quite bad, the bedsheets need a lot more cleaning, the floor boards are very worn out and the guests can see that the bathroom door was replaced with a plastic board that was very hard to open from inside and clearly did not fit from the original modelling. The rooms are small, the TV doesn’t work, the air purifier was broken when we checked in and it was generally very noisy staying in the rooms. Location is quite central and the surroundings are quite quiet. The hotel backyard and the reception lobby area have been rented out to other businesses and just seems like the hotel has potential to be a much better property. Shame to see such management here and definetely won’t come back to stay here next time.
