院子很美，前台老爺爺人也超好，會講中文，有什麼問題都會幫忙解決，還會熱心推薦周圍餐廳和景點～～如果大家想體驗娘惹風情的話，可以試下入住呢（雖然對比現代化酒店 沒有那麼方便，但是也還是很不錯的）

Although the location is not at the very centre of George Town, the route towards those bustling areas could be enjoyable as you would see the peaceful life of locals and pass by some night markets. I always went to those tourist places on foot, and for me it was a pleasant experience and a reasonable distance. Food and shopping options are also available nearby. The staff are very friendly. Free snacks and instant drinks are provided. If you would like some experience of living in a Nanyang shophouse and be able to accept some inconvenience, such as a separate (but still only for your own) bathroom and not perfect soundproofing, this could be your ideal choice.

So far the best facility in Penang stayed, after 6-7 永安s and hotels/apartments. The building is 100+ years old with an amazing character, while it has been maintained very well. It is clean, spacious, well-lit and comforting. Staff are always ready and warmly helpful. The location is close to the central area in Georgetown, on foot, by Grab or public bus. I'd love to stay again in my later 永安s!

一個很古色古香的旅館，如果你喜歡這種風格，又想價格便宜的話這裡的確可以是你的首選。 1.服務人員態度非常好。 2.這裡的房間基本沒有隔音可言，晚上外面經常有摩托車經過，建議淺睡的人考慮清楚。 3.洗手間不在房間裡面。

A bit hassle when you try to go in but you need someone to open the door. Try to ring for check in but need to wait for 10min for someone to open the door. After check in, didnt give the access card because you need to stay more than 1 day to get the access card. Then want to going in at night still need to wait for someone to open the door. Waste of time. The place is pretty though but the service meh and you will need to put rm100 deposit in cash.

這家永安上沒什麼點評，訂的時候稍微有點忐忑。總體感覺不錯，位置方便，房間古典，佈置得比較有格調，總體符合預期。不過扶老攜幼的不合適，房間都在二樓，要自己搬行李，樓梯比較高。另外衞生間跟房間是分開的，雖然保證一房一專間，但是進進出出有可能碰到別人，要有這個心理準備。拍照是很出圖的
