酒店位置優越，有兩家大型商業綜合商場在兩邊，購物便捷。附近還有新關角美食廣場，吃的東西豐富，人也很多，熱鬧非凡。

酒店位置非常方便，旁邊Gurney Plaza是個大型購物商場，前台員工非常有禮貌及專業，辦理入住手續非常快，並送上雪糕，好味。房間非常乾淨、寬敞。房間雪櫃內有免費小食及飲品。窗前的海景也很漂亮。早餐款式豐富，會再來入住。

We had a really good stay at GHotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of options. The location is super convenient, lots of restaurants and food choices around, plus shopping just nearby. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d stay at again!

Great stay here - staff are pleasant and polite, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and location is conveniently beside Gurney Plaza with multiple shopping and dining options. Made a request during booking for a complimentary cake to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and they very kindly noted it down and provided one. Minor areas for improvement - made multiple calls from my room to the guest service which were unanswered over a span of 10-15 mins; bathroom door for room 1020 couldn’t close easily; and the flush for the toilet bowl also appears to be lacking power for a proper flush. But otherwise all good and a recommended hotel for Penang.

酒店地點位於檳城最熱鬧地點，有最新最大型商場。商場ba*****t 有大型超市，Foodcourt. 晚上在酒店附近行約10分鐘有夜市。設施整潔，房間大。下次再來檳城，會再次入住。

G Hotel Gurney is attached to Gurney Plaza Shopping and is at an excellent location. The suite is spacious and breakfast is included, lounge access from 6-8pm everyday too. The minibar inside suite is also included.

Pro Location is super near to a very big mall which is Gurney Plaza, just walk less than 2min after exit hotel lobby Cleaniness are well maintained. Super friendly staff, feels welcome the moment u stepped in. I took the executive package which comes with free flow drinks, food, and also simple dinner and free flow alcohol in the evening. However if you are planning for food 永安 around Penang you might want to opt out this. Free parking, decent size swimming pool for children, great gym with lots of equipment but might be a bit cramp, great variety for breakfast buffet. They share facilities with nearby G Hotel Kelawei like swimming pool, gym and lounge. Besides Kelawei has a pool party which is free to play. They have a buggy to bring you there too. Cons I got a room with bad working AC. Took some time to get it done. I took the buffet dinner at 168 but not much choices and even though the theme is crab but the crab always gone the moment they refill and you need to wait min 10min till the next round. Would recommend to go outside for a better dinner.
