Nice hotel. I wouldn't call it clean, the rooms are quite old with a bad smell. The service at the reception is nice, but not beyond that. The service from the reception manager was polite and she tried to make up for it. We were supposed to get a junior suite and when we arrived we were given two rooms with a connecting door. Its location is far from the marina and the center, so you have to rent a car because taxis cost a lot of money.

It's my 3rd stay in this hotel. The staff is lovely as always. The room felt this time very old and outdated, and the hotel might need to consider a renovation of the rooms. It's nice that there's an indoor pool and especially saunas when it's cold and rainy outside... Food is great, and in an all inclusive package you have a free access to a great bar with great people.

Lovely stay in this hotel in all inclusive package. The staff is very welcoming and nice, the food is amazing, and it's always nice to have a little break in the bar. Surely will come back when I'm around.

The service is magnificent! All inclusive is a great deal, and you would never even consider buying something to eat outside the hotel. All restaurants are good, and the stuff is very welcoming and lovely.

We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

酒店整體不錯，無論設施還是服務，早餐也豐富。附近有很多超市及餐館，門口就是公交車站。 比較遺憾的是附近道路狹窄，跑步不方便
