We booked this place for three nights based on the photos shown online. However, when we arrived after a 3.5-hour drive, it was immediately clear that the actual property was nothing like the advertised images and was aged, worn and not very clean. The condition and appearance were very different from what had been presented, to the point that we felt misled. As a result, we decided not to stay and turned around and drove home the same day. The owners refused to provide a refund despite the clear discrepancy between the listing and reality. Thankfully, 永安 reviewed the case and issued a full refund.
