Rooms are smelling having no paint just like a dumb room no towels in washroom main thing is that A.C is not working , so poor experience with this hotel the photos they have shared are totally opposite in real means the room structure is same as photos but in real no facilities like that they shared posts on make my 永安 so please remove this hotel I don’t want that anyone also suffer like me .

Very bad experience, The ac was not working in peak summer. the fan was shaking violently. The receptionist wasn't helping at all. I kept asking for a room change and it never happened

It was the worst experience of my life. Even if we asked them for water, they charged us for that too but not even a single Room AC was working. There was no Wi-Fi there. The staff was very strangeAt least when you register a hotel on your domain, you can check the rooms there. It was a very third class experience.

I found The Roseman Hotel , and it's a really nice place to stay. I feel that one should definitely experience staying at such a great property at least once. The hotel rooms are very beautiful. The only thing is that the staff needs to be a bit more active. It’s not that they are lazy, but still there is need for some improvement. Apart from that, everything else was excellent- The food, the location, the rooms - everything.

Hotel has charged again from the guest. I have booked this for my Friend as she visited hospital nearby and hotel charged again from her despite the payment was already been made, they charged amount of INR 1500 from her, kindly look into this, i came to know about this today only while having conversation with my friend

बहुत ही खराब सर्विस चेकिंग करने के लिए 30 मिनट मुझे रिसेप्शन पर वेट करना पड़ा और फिर मुझे बिना रेडी हुआ रूम दिया गया रूम नंबर 1503 जब मैं रूम पर पहुंचता हूं तो होटल के एंपलॉयर उसे रूम को रेडी करने में लगे हुए थे जब की रिसेप्शन को यह नहीं बताता कि वह रेट रूम रेडी है या नहीं है मुझे बताया गया कि वह रूम रेडी आप जाइए सर मुझे उस कारण कम से कम 15 से 20 मिनट उसे फ्लोर पर वेट करना पड़ा जो कि मुझे बहुत अनकंफरटेबल फील हुआ फिर उसे रूम की क्लीनिंग बटर नहीं थी क्योंकि उन्होंने जल्दी-जल्दी में रूम रेडी किया और और उसे रूम में टीवी नहीं था मैंने उनके एंपलॉयर को बोला कि इसमें टीवी आप लगवा दीजिए टीवी नहीं है और बोला कि जल्दी-जल्दी आप उसे दौरान कम से कम टीवी लगवाने के लिए उन्होंने मेरा 40 मिनट खराब किया
