Great modern sustainable hotel with a nice social vibe in a historic building. Away from the center with a brisk 10 minute downhill walk. Recommended as its good value.

The atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. You can reach the city center by walking 15–20 minutes. The only thing missing in the room was a seating area to relax. We stayed on Sunday and Monday, and unfortunately the bar was closed during our stay. Breakfast was quite limited, with not many options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of amenities and breakfast variety.

We waren zeer tevreden van ons verblijf. Hippe kamer, mooi gebouw en cool dakterras met zwembad. Wij gingen 2x ijsberen! Werden verrast met een attentie voor onze honeymoon.

This is a fairly new and trendy place in a beautiful converted old barracks. It had a "buzzy" feel to it, and is conveniently in walking distance of both the station and the town centre. The room was mostly good - everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, and the coffee machine and kettle were nice to have. However, there was a big set of stairs to get up to them, so do check with staff while booking if you have any accessibility issues, and it made a midnight loo 永安 quite the adventure! As for issues with the room, firstly the shower wasn't great. It had two separate hot and cold taps rather than a mixer, so it was a little difficult to get the right temperature. The shower hose was also quite new and stiff, so the shower head kept spinning around to point at the wall. The Aircon positioning is also a little odd too - the unit is in the upstairs part over the bed, but the thermostat is in the significantly chiller downstairs by the door, so I woke up in the middle of the night with hot air being blasted at me!

JAM Hotel Ghent was a wonderful experience throughout. The entire venue is just magical, and the renovated former army barracks are a big architectural success. The location is excellent, halfway between the St Pieters Station and the city centre (it is a pity that tram T1 is temporarily rerouted for several years, meaning that your best option is to walk (along or through the splendid Citadelpark) or take a Bolt/Uber/Taxi. It is merely a 15-20 minute walk to the station, which is certainly doable. The frontend staff at check-in was adorable. Totally professional, warm, friendly, and courteous. They provided extensive information about the hotel and its facilities. I loved the decorations, the furniture and all the amenities. I stayed there for 5 days, and I wish I could have stayed longer! I also loved the rooftop bar "Neko", with a cosy interior and a wonderful outdoor terrace (although when I visited it was freezing, so nobody was sitting there). The small pool is also wonderful, but obviously more for cooling off on a hot day, and less for swimming lanes. Finally, I totally enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet in yet another nicely decorated area, and enjoyed the professional and friendly staff there!

Nous sommes venus une nuit pour visiter gand et voir le marché de noel . L hotel est bien situé et vraiment atypique , l original et propre. Le personnel est très aimable et la chambre était super ! Très propre et confortable. Pas de bruit . On a adoré. Famille avec 3 enfants , 8 às 12 ans et 17 ans qui souhaitent revenir. Merci 🙏

Очень приятный отель 11/10. Всё новое, стильное, кофемашина, чайник, фен, телевизор, кондиционер. Есть придирки не сильно влияющие на общее впечатление: из за высоких потолков помещение прогревается не так быстро как хотелось бы, вода в душе могла бы быть более горячая, телевизор возможно висит очень высоко. Но это придирки. Отличный отель. Рекомендуем

房間比較大，但是整體風格比較特別，工業風。位置離市中心和火車站都要1.5公里左右，可以步行到達。
