It’s located in the city center. The staff are all very polite. The rooms have a pleasant fragrance that helps you relax. The meals are great too, and the price is reasonable. It can be said to be the best 4 - star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 地理位置在市中心，員工都很有禮貌，房間有香氣，能讓人放鬆下來。餐食也很好，價格優惠。可以說是我住過最好的4星酒店。

Lokasi jauh dari pusat kota dan pelabuhan ketapang. Kebersihan kurang, kamar kecil dan ac tidak dingin padahal sudah diperbaiki. Sarapan kurang banyak rasa lumayan.

The hotel is in a good location, and taking a taxi is very convenient. If you're planning to hike Mount Ijen, this hotel is a budget-friendly and convenient option. However, the room facilities are quite old. I previously stayed at an Aston hotel in Yogyakarta, which was much newer.

This is the first time for me to go to banyuwangi…..at 1 st….i didnt know where to stay and when I browse, I found this hotel and the location is in the main road…. . The staffs there are friendly and helpful…. And it’s easy to find food there….there’s a cafe and chinese food restaurant there….the place is very cozy and the price is very affordable….if you are lazy to go out….just order food from them and they will send it to your room . Will be back to here again …..thank you aston banyuwangi for the hospitality
