薩拉伊金字塔及博物館景觀酒店 (Saray Pyramids & Museum View Hotel)

Tout s’est bien passé, on a juste changé de chambre car la première chambre était plus grande mais très bruillante face à la route. Il n’y a rien autour. C’est juste bien pour être proche des pyramides. Si vous faites 2 3 jours dans la rue ça crée un petit peu beaucoup de chiens et de mendiant, loin de la ville mais super pour le prix. 

房間很大，設施很新，也很乾凈。樓頂可以看到金字塔，衹不過最近在裝修，拍照不方便。員工服務很好，前台小姐姐去機場打車幫我和司機溝通，早上打車去金字塔的時候，員工看到第一輛接我的車又把我送回去還問我怎麼回事需不需要幫忙。

Very Good View and Hospitality. The lady at the reception was very sweet and helpful and helped us for everything. The complete staff was very generous. Breakfast with the pyramids view was beautiful.

酒店離金字塔不遠！離大博物館更近！還可以！

總體感覺性價比一般般，除了門口的禮賓不是以小費為目的幫忙關心行李，其他沒感受到什麼服務。 地點離金字塔和大埃及博物館比較近，但離開羅老城有半小時路程。 訂了高級雙床房，但房間是絕不可能看的到金字塔的。衹有餐廳可以看到。順提一下，埃及的早餐可能不是很閤中國人胃口，比較油。

真的離譜！照騙就算了，明明定的雙床房，入住的時候非要一個人多加 20 刀，根本不解釋的就是強行加價，明擺就是坑外國人。然後房間一股甲醛味，居然還停電了，廁所沒有燈衹能抹黑洗漱，前台説這很正常，還好沒説用電也要收錢。周圍是個大農村，周邊都是大工地，荒郊野嶺的，人也很兇那種，嚇得我衹好認栽。總之這個埃及旅遊真的處處是坑，這個最坑沒有之一，千萬別來啊勸退勸退！

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

We loved our stay at Saray! Beautiful room, epic view, amazing breakfast & wonderful staff. We also booked many tours through the front desk - beach buggy 永安, Nile River dinner cruise & full day Cairo/Giza/Pyramid & Sphinx tour with a guide. The prices were inflated & additional fees were still expected but the convenience made it all worth it.
