格拉斯哥是英國的大城市，有很多漂亮的值得去的地方，因此酒店的性價比就顯得比較高。有專用的停車庫，不過停車收費有點不合理，雖然停一天衹收8鎊，但前提是中間不出門，否則每次出門都要收費。

Lovely room for a family of four. The front desk staff were very helpful, but unfortunately, none of them mentioned that the hotel offers a free gym and steam room/spa for guests. I only found out about this after checking out, which was a shame. Our experience with breakfast wasn’t great. On the first day, we waited around 20 minutes for two fried eggs—one of which came overcooked and the other undercooked with a runny center. On the last day, they had already run out of croissants more than an hour before breakfast ended. Also, there were no signs indicating the availability of chocolate powder for hot chocolate, so I didn’t realise it was there until our final morning. Additionally, the hotel advertises a free drink when signing up for membership. I scanned the QR code and signed up on the first day, but there were no instructions on how to claim the drink, so I never got to use it.

I recently stayed at a centrally located Novotel in Glasgow, which was ideal for those travelling by public transport. The convenience of the location, however, was offset by a few shortcomings. As a popular tourist destination, the hotel would benefit from offering a travel desk or complimentary tour services to assist guests in exploring the city. Additionally, the limited options for children's entertainment could be improved with a safer and more extensive play area. Lastly, the absence of room service was disappointing, particularly given the expectation of responsive guest services. On a positive note, the location is a big plus, but the hotel needs to step up in providing more vegetarian breakfast options to cater to the growing number of vegetarian and vegan guests

Location not in the city centre but still OK as very close to the bus station. A very small car park underneath but reasonable price (£8/24 hrs, without multiple entries). Luckily it's not under heatwave....the air-con is very weak but provided with an electric fan (I believe the hotel also realise this point). Ventilation inside toilet and bathroom also very very weak. I didn't try any other facilities so there is no comment. Staff are nice. The room is adequate size.

Avoid this one, many better hotels in the area.  There was blood on the sheets on check in, we asked for the sheets to be changed only to find in the morning they had just turned the sheets over. Have no faith that the sheets or towels were actually changed at all after the previous occupants.  I put in a formal complaint both with the hotel and directly with Accor and over two weeks later have still not had a reply from the manager I spoke to at check out.

Didn’t change the bed sheets when we went out during the day; we made sure to remove the sign that skipped cleans from the door because my friend had a nose bleed so we wanted the sheets changed. Came back to the room and her sheets hadn’t been changed but instead the bed was made. Service was fairly slow but friendly nonetheless. Food was great though.
