行政套房很舒服。視野很好。外面有小河。 晚上去樓上行政酒廊，雖然酒廊比較小，但可以喝茶咖啡和一些酒水。晚上有點披沙，餅乾啥的小食。晚上看出去夕陽下風景很美

Great room, very spacious and amazing view out on the river and SEC. Some basic things such as the very old AC panel and low quality bathroom door, and toilet seat were a bit surprising. Also placement of sockets is a bit of a nightmare, just to make tea you have to lift the whole tray and put the kettle next to your bed. The fridge was also not plugged in and if i wanted to use it I think i would have to pull it all the way out. Other than these small things my stay was great and I appreciate the complimentary snacks and waters.

Booked in for a concert at the hydro. Its so close that we easily had plenty time to get ready and be there to que early. We used the spa facilities too which were very clean and very relaxing. Bar accepted cash too so huge points for that. Will definitely book again. For our next concert.

The staff and the place was awesome. We had issues with the room and was resolved by Emily straight away by moving us to the business lounge room.

It was the end of our Scottish 永安. Nice location by the river, a little away from the main hustle and bustle. Good sized room. Sauna and steam on side definitely a plus.

Booked for the Kylie concert. Paid nearly £400 for 2 nights as it was a celebration of sorts from finishing my cancer treatment. I did book a Premium Super King Room with River View expecting to be at the front of hotel but it was at the side with a view of the car park, yes the river was in sight but not a £189 per night view. The room was clean but the noise of the door slamming every 2 minutes from guests coming and going to the lift was just as bad as the sound of the lift sounds. We went downstairs to ask for a quieter room as I was still recovering from the treatment and needed to rest and have a little sleep. They told us yes but it was further away from the river. The room they gave us was not what we were expecting for the money we paid. the bed was a double and had stains on the base. The carpet had red liquid stains and the bathroom shower had paint peeling. the receptionist apologised and said they would give me discount as the room was a huge downgrade as they were fully booked. I never received the discount or refund and to top it off the hairdryer never worked and we were promised a replacement but never received that. I have honestly had better service from a budget travelodge hotel. I will never use this hotel again. Still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later.

Bit far out cost fortune taxis ,food ok my daughter is vegan not much choice ,as breakfast is £17.00 all she could eat was beanz n tato scone ,I had steak to grizzley no onion rings for £35.poor show!! Not very impressed, room was fine nice view.Service was gd .
