Brilliant

The hotel was perfect from the friendly reception staff on arrival to the breakfast the following morning. The room was immaculate, not new and sparkly, but tastefully decorated with quality well maintained equipment, fittings and furnishings. All the basics, bed, shower, toilet and basin worked and performed superbly. Bedding, covers, sheets and pillows were pristine, crisp, and the mattress was exceedingly comfortable. Plenty of hanging space, iron and board, hairdryer and fridge. Spotlessly clean. Service for breakfast was unusually efficient for a large hotel. They knew exactly how to cope with a busy breakfast service. Buffet for drinks and cold items, service for Cooked. The full scottish breakfast kept me going all day. Will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is in a great place just a few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is a lovely building and the reception area/bar is bright and welcoming. The staff all seemed very nice and helpful. We had a lovely big room with a massive bed and a wonderful walk in shower. The things that let the room down were the cleanliness (coffee up the wall and skirting board and bits on the bathroom floor) and also the terrible soft poor quality pillows. When I read that the room had a free mini bar I expected more than two cans of water and two tunnocks wafers that were never replenished after the first day! Another big minus for us was that when we had read several descriptions of the hotel they had mentioned lovely Scottish food in the restaurant. We went down on the last night and were told the only food was the food which was on the room service menu (which wasn’t a lot of choice) and it was served in the bar area. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful though with lots of choices of fruit/ cereals/ pastries and then cooked food.

位置很贊，位於主幹道，離市中心肉鋪街步行15分鐘。酒店位於老建築，設計很新穎，裝修較新。 酒店有付費停車場，步行5分鐘，但需要提前預訂付費，酒店提供拖鞋。

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Glasgow. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, making it easy to explore local attractions. My room was stylishly decorated and very comfortable, providing a cosy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Glasgow

Conveniently location. Good customer service, but can improve on cleanliness (found a ball of hair in the toilet).

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location only 4 minutes walk from Glasgow Central Station. Lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed and first class walk in shower, tea/coffee facilities and safe. Very good breakfast buffet and cooked options. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on another visit to Glasgow.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was very pleasant. We were welcomed by Katt who has been very nice and friendly. We arrived around 11am in the morning and they already let us check-in early.  The room was spacious and everything is comfortable.  Our tour was leaving early the next day so we can’t take the 7am breakfast and they fixed us some breakfast to go.  Location is close to airport bus stop and walking distance to the city center / central station.  Overall, it was a great stay!

Hotel Indigo Glasgow is a fantastic, centrally located hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk from Glasgow central station, Hotel Indigo has clean, modern and well equipped rooms featuring; tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar and iron with ironing board. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was easily adjusted with the in-room thermostat. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
