宜必思尚品格拉斯哥中心喬治廣場酒店 (Ibis Styles Glasgow Centre George Square)

My stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. The staff on arrival were helpful and provided me with all necessary information upon check in. Sadly, I was disappointed when ordering from the hotel resturant. My son wanted a pizza and the menu provided a list of three types. When ordering, I was told that there was only one type which wasn’t listed on the menu. I found the food to be of substandard which is disappointing given the price. Equally on check out, I advised that the bathroom had a build up of dirt and hair around the shower tray. I was told “apologises, this is a housekeeping issue”. I voiced my disappointment regarding the food to just be told “sorry”. Lastly I expressed my disappointment that I was charged £12.99 per person for a breakfast buffet. I felt this was a bit steep considering my under 5 ate half a croissant. The front desk only advised that usually they did not charge for under 5’s and would need to take this up with the app I booked to is stay through. No solution or refund were offered.

Great location in Glasgow. It’s a stones throw from Goma, a short walk to the St Enoch metro, and a short stroll from Buchanan Street and galleries. The room was compact which was fine for us with backpacks but would be cramped if you had larger luggage. The neighbouring rooms could be heard clearly when trying to sleep. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Staff were really helpful. Note: food is very basic. Soup was reheated tinned soup.

Everything about the hotel was amazing

Excellent, stay extremely comfortable. All immunities were quite useful. Good shower, spacious room ; close to the Station and market shopping area. Food is available until 3 AM. So that was a plus for us As we checked in quite late. staff was extremely efficient, cooperative,Helpful. Pleasant stay good sleep would definitely recommend this and travel again to this hotel, thank you.

街に出るための駅まで出やすく、周りの雰囲気もよく、とても使いやすいホテルでした。 部屋の內裝はユニークで、テーブルもゆったり使えて、ベッドも何も問題なく素晴らしかったです。 また利用したいと思いました。

Firstly our booking wasn’t confirmed so we had to wait until the communication between yourselves and Ibis Styles was rectified secondly there had been a disturbance in the Hotel , nothing to do with us , and the Police were knocking on our door at 5am in the morning , this was very scary and very upsetting. This incident spoiled our full weekend.

The room is small, and it is not clean enough for guests. No mini fridge.

It is a very nice place to stay when travelling. Recommended！
