格拉斯哥西區萊昂納多酒店 (Leonardo Inn Glasgow West End)

酒店總體還可以，設施齊全，床上、櫃子裏還有前台都很乾凈，工作人員服務好。但是廁所裏，特別是浴缸裏，衞生較差，地毯很臟，門窗顯得十分老舊。想要提高優質服務，不能僅僅宏觀上好看，細節上也得做到！

We stayed at the hotel due to Glasgow Warriors game at Scotsdoun stadium. Suited nicely, decent walk. Hotel room was just fine for two nights.

Sadly, our 永安 was terrible. Our room was directly across from the elevators, people were coming and going all night and making a noise, coaches were arriving , fire alarm went off numerous times at 7am. We decided to leave as soon as possible. The 永安 was meant to be a resting stop for our 8 hour journey and we were exhausted when we left. A refund would be expected for such a bad experience, however the gentleman at the desk just apologised for the inconvenience.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly the curtain would not close massive rip in the carpet The bathroom was filthy shower 🚿 head was filthy tap on sink was dirty and shower mat was disgusting and Black not been cleaned in months

Upon arrival, I was allowed to check in early by 30 minutes which I am thankful for. Upon. Entering, the door can't be open using the card (room 114). A staff needed to unscrew and replace a battery. The shower head can't be regulated to hot, only cold, yet the faucet can be regulated fully, and it can't even be close properly so I called someone to fix it late at night because I didn't want for the tub to overflow, and closing it requires a lot of strength specially for women like me. I told the receptionist (a man) that the room he gave me was giving me a lot of stress, and he seemed annoyed and said, "whatever " instead. A group of people with children arrived, and were noisy, and it can all.be heard inside the room. After midnight, since my room was facing the parking lot, a car alarmed ever so loudly for less than 2 minutes and it was a disrupted night. The the room was very clean but the amenities are bad which made my experience a nightmare. The breakfast served was a delight. The staff were very welcoming except for the man who checked me in.

It served its purpose for an overnight as i was attending an event , the room was fine but whole decor of the hotel hasnt really been inproved in years and im taking about when it used to be called The Pond , without doubt the best thing is the guy at reception so helpfull and a great front of house person , i would use again as a last resort but would look elsewhere 1st

設施：酒店房卡特別不好用，是插卡的方式，而且基本上每天都要換一次，説是因為房卡靠近手機就會失效。 服務：根本不會打掃房間！我們住了四晚一天都沒有打掃房間！第1天我們是以為沒有掛牌子，第2天我們掛了牌子也沒打掃，第3天我們直接跟前台説，前台説給我們打掃，結果回去依舊沒打掃，退房的時候前台衹説了一句對不起，垃圾桶塞滿了也不給收拾。避雷！！！

I stayed at Leonardo Inn Glasgow West End on May 23, 2025, in Room 218, and checked out the next day. Shortly after leaving the hotel, I realized that I had left a pair of green slippers in the room. However, as I was heading to another city, I didn’t have time to return and pick them up. I contacted the hotel immediately, explained the situation, and asked if they could help send the slippers back to me. Unfortunately, the hotel completely denied finding any lost item in the room and showed no willingness to assist or double-check. I am 100% sure that I left the slippers in the room, and their lack of responsibility and support was incredibly disappointing. In addition, the kettle in the room was broken and unusable. Even worse, it still contained water from the previous guest, which was very unhygienic and unacceptable for any hotel. For a hotel that claims to offer proper services and 24-hour front desk support, this experience was extremely unprofessional. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Very dirty! Smells bad, the furniture is old and looks terrible. Photo and reality don’t match 👎🏻
