不好 定了兩間房 被告知衹有一間房 可是銀行賬戶卻扣了兩間房的價錢 找客服 不給退 説是中介問題 至今沒有解決 永遠不會去這裏

挨着格拉斯哥大學不遠，步行就可以逛逛。我們是從這裏去尼斯湖的，報名本地團，挺遠，一天都在大巴上，尼斯湖有2個小時時間，可以坐遊船🚢

Very nice hotel ideal if you are attending a concert at the hydro or armadillo. Comfortable rooms. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Id have left 0 points for cleanliness.!! Abso shocking. I have stayed in cleaner Hostels.!! Although on complaining i was given a new room and 50% off my original room. The new room wasnt that clean either. I mean, i get things can go un missed, however grime on skirting boards, hairs all over bathroom, loads of stains on carpets and walls. Sheets didnt fit the bed, “fresh bottled milk” all grubby. List can go on. However first and last time to this hotel.

房間非常想我們定的是三人間描述上寫的是22平米，但是實際上我覺得不超過15平米設施也還可以位置稍微有一點點偏，但是那附近都是會展相關的酒店。但是價格性價比非常高，適合預算有限的朋友。

The hotel was fabulous and i will definitely recommend the people to have there stay in cheap and value for money The guy who was serving me he was phenomenal and have eye to each customer to satisfy there need

Okay for the price but the room had no beside table on one side (it was missing), and the shower was filthy with bits of dirt coming off whilst the shower was on. The toilet paper also wasn’t nice. But the air con was good!

on sunday morning we were told check out is at 11am however twice before then we were disrupted by 2 staff members assuming cleaners walking into the room unannounced once while my friend was getting changed, we stay here all the time but it’s putting us off going back now

Stayed there last week, it advertises free WiFi but this fies not work, with one member of staff actually offering his own hot spot which I declined. First room stank of damp, went to close curtains and the curtain rail fell down, the heater was not working either. Second room, heater clogged up with dust so hardly any heat at all, still no WiFi, light switch h to bathroom really loose so didn't work every time and dangerous, main light didn't work (Video available) so used bed side lamps only. Stains on sheats, toilet seat really loose and hard to use safely (video available) , door stop in bathroom wrapped in table and filthy. Cold rooms! Budget room and price but the worst I've ever stopped at. Would not recommend.
