Exceeded expectations. Spacious, well thought out, comfortable. The pillows! Perfect, good job I only had a small bag 😉😂 Spotless too. Staff are all lovely.

We had a fabulous stay at the Fraser Suites. Perfect location in the Merchant Quarter, a short walk to the city centre. The place itself is really lovely, well decorated, nice touches (like L'occitane toiletries and canowater in the fridge), nice linens and excellent staff. It was a little noisy at night, but to be honest we slept through most of it. Light sleepers might want ear plugs. Everything else made up for it!

酒店很不錯，reception 職員很友善，我們自己煮食，會產生一些有味道的垃圾，掛了牌要求清潔，完全沒人理會，但在我check out前夕，突然又要求我給他清潔，晚上街外很吵，週末更什，但可能整個glasgow都有這問題，見議要求高層房間。

Location, cleanliness & staff were fantastic. Just a couple of things, as it’s in a noisy area the curtains really need replacing with some blackout ones - also was a bit of a shame we could hear the people upstairs walking around - otherwise was a great huge studio with a comfortable bed, and everything supplied for the kitchenette.  Also the small gym is awesome!

I've stayed here many time place and staff are perfect but this stay wee were in 1st floor right next to a club with music blaring until 3am had a terrible night's sleep in this room bed and room as a stated was perfect was just constant loud music since went bed at 11pm until 3am in morning was terrible.

房間超級大，也有提供免費的洗烘衣機，但樓下好像有一間酒吧，音樂放到凌晨4點才停止，不容易被吵醒的人還可以接受，但淺眠的人可能要考慮

Nice apartment and clean. Can walk few minutes to the Cathedral and central. Near Merchant food court and many restaurants around.

A good location on the edge of the Merchant City and most things can be walked to or a quick ride on the local subway. The rooms were clean and the service areas good. Breakfast is the usual basic European Style and it was good enough, but something hot would help as Glasgow can be cold in the winter. The building is an old style building so creaky and you can hear other people walking about or if a noisy family, then it is a whole new story of noise. That said, I would recommend.
