一看就是中規中矩的老牌酒店，乾淨清爽。因洗手盆下水堵塞溢水，酒店提出可換房，考慮到行李搬運麻煩拒絕了，湊合一晚。其他均可。

房間很寬敞，在床上躺着能看到雪山。雖然旅館靠路邊也沒什麼聲音。房間裏稍微有一點味道，大堂有茶和咖啡提供。

Wir könnten direkt um16 Uhr einchecken. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel. In der Lobby und auf dem Zimmer hab es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee. Das Zimmer war ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und einem Fön.

這家店在黃金鎮，就在路邊，很方便。 免費停車，有hot tub可以泡泡，解乏 注意別走錯，和best west很近 周圍餐廳有不少，可以去吃

The hotel is fine. The location is easily accessible, the service is average and the room is clean and tidy. My only complaint is with the room price which is higher than several nearby venues. We had breakfast at the Ricky Grill which is part of the establishment. The restaurant served great pancake and waffles and we enjoyed the service there. I hope to come back next time I visit Banff.

The hotel is good size and clean. It is located off the main highway but we did not hear any road noise in our room. It is a few minutes drive into the busier part of Golden. We chose to stay in Golden to explore Yoho National Park. Comparing with the lodging options in Lake Louise, staying in Golden was good value. The only complaint I had was the bed. The mattresses did not provide good motion isolation.

Worst customer service in the restaurant for dinner. Was never quality checked, server kept messing up on our order. Food quality was gross. Room was decent but shower made a very loud squeaking noise. Got woken up at 2am by drunk loud guests in the hallway twice. Hot tub jets weren't working and the timer was broken hanging off the wall. When checking out the front desk lady never asked me about how was my stay but when she said to come back next month I told her I didnt enjoy my stay and probably won't be back, all she said was ok, never inquired on why. First and last time at this hotel. Definitely won't recommend it.
