Room was clean, but no attendant was there. There could have been a mirror in the washroom. And we didn't get warm water for bathing.

My stay at anant royal was average. Staff was very soft spoken and good behaviour. But cleanliness was very poor. Specially bathroom. Used soaps were there in bathroom, taps was not working properly, used toothbrushes was there in bathroom. Location is just awesome. Location- 5/5, cleanliness- 1/5, behavior - 5/5, service- 4/5

Air conditioner at evening and morning not working even after multiple reminders cleaning was pathetic dust all around no water telephone services there terrible not at all worth for rs 2100 please refund or compensate this as my trust on make my 永安 is now hamper
