Pros... Best location for Goverdhan Parikarma. very good amenities. Spacious neat and clean room. good outside view . Cons. ... Staff was purely unprofessional, untrained, not suitable according this kind of big hotel. when I reached front desk person was in some panic. He was on call during all check in process with their staff and kind of yelling ......." kanha ho tum, chabi kyon nahi bheji ab tak.....niche aao, wanha kya kar rahe ho." yahi sab phone par chal raha tha bar bar. Mujhe wait karne ko kaha gaya. During this period mere bad me aane walon ko check in karwaya ja raha tha. because they were foreigners. I reached after long travel in scorching hot temperatures but there is no drinking water in waiting area . I had to ask for water . And also I had to remember him 3-4 time that I'm waiting here for check in. finally this awkward situation I got my keys. Room was clean but bed sheets was not fresh. but they changed it when I request him. This was whole story . According to me , they should hire some professional staff . Other than this everything was very good.

Hotel is at premium location, but water pressure in toilets was very low.

earlier five year back I have good experience about this hotel so I choose again. I have taken breakfast is also good experience for me in Goverdhan

Linen, washrooms were very bad. No 24/7 hot water, hotel does not worth 3 star rating. Towels were also in very bad shape and hard. All sanitary knobs were rusty.

Hotel is not providing electric kettle in rooms, this is not fine, locality is very good, rooms are nice

Everything was good there except some electronic gadgets like tv kettle. Food and other facilities were good

Walking distance from parikrama marg in heart of govardhan town and few minutes away from manasa ganga

Hotel location is good and room size is big and hotel food quality is good. Staff is very polite and helpful thank you

We asked the customer support to get the 永安 cancelled because of an urgent medical emergency. The executive said that even if the 永安 is non refundable, they will cancel the 永安 and refund me the full amount. However later when I connected with them for refund processing, they said that they can't refund it as the hotel has denied the refund. My dissent is 1. Why did the MMT executive say that the cancellation is allowed and he has initiated the cancellation from his end. 2. Why do they say that a full refund will be processed in the case of a medical emergency. 3. Why the misguided customer and cancelled the 永安 themselves and later denied the refunds. This is a case of total irresponsibility and sheer negligence at MMT level.

Place was superb, staff also very corporate, food is also nice. Price is little expensive. Overall experience good
