The first room we were booked into had a terrible cigarette smell (it's a non smoking hotel), so they had to find us another room. The next room had its own issues. First thing we found was a bag of kibble in the fridge. The bathroom door had to be forced to shut completely, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slow. They apparently tried to fix it, but it actually got worse after. If you are tall, you will hate the showers. The shower head is set at about 5'6". Also, bring slippers, because the floors are filthy. I obviously cannot comment on every room, but the hotel is very dated and needs renovations. A few positives were that the staff was nice and accommodating, they serviced the room daily, the bed was comfy, and the shuttle service was great.

Only stayed one night and didn’t venture out of hotel as had dinner and drinks there (great little pub/restaurant). Good views of the Rockies. Reasonable stay, did the job :-)
