Christmas time makes us search Fort comfort and warmness. Sobreiras brings that human touch where smiles embrace you. Its location, in the middle of nature, brings fresh air, open views, where birds and true nature life surround you. Very good breakfast, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, a thousand reasons to come back. Even though it is a countryside hotel, it is a quick car travel away from some picturesque places like Grândola, Lousal mines and a huge beach coast.

O hotel está bem localizado, longe do barulho citadino e da circulação automóvel, inserido numa propriedade rural onde prevalece o montado, com muitos sobreiros, num ambiente completamente natural, fazendo-nos deliciar a natureza. Toda a decoração combina perfeitamente com os tons da natureza onde está inserido.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is great if you are looking for peace and quiet but sadly a long way from the nearest restaurant.  The 3 bed villa was nicely decorated but the gardens were a mess and full of weeds and long grass.  The villa smelt damp and unlived in.   I was told before I booked it that there was a washing machine but was told on arrival I could not use it as it was the owners.  I would not have booked had I known this

It is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view. Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

It is never too much to highlight the surrounding views, either framed by the balcony or as one walks along. So much space and fresh air will make you feel overwhelmed by nature. Rest, walk, breathe, fill your senses with sounds, smells and colors. Nature by itself would make this a fabulous place but just wait until you experience the breakfast: wonderful fresh baked food, with several options moment made. Smiles are all around and you will easily feel at home. Just enjoy!

Extreme carefull with guests, always kind and attentive. Rooms are spacious and make us inhale nature. Wonderfull balcony with a valley view that makes it really worth to wake up early and watch the sunrise. Breakfast is unbelievably good with lots of fresh baked options.

So much quietness in the countryside. An excellent team always making sure guests are welcome and comfortable. Congratulations for making us feel at home. I will definitely come back! A special note for the breakfast: over the top!
