My stay at the Archer house hotel was pretty nice and I found time to get settled and appreciate my surroundings of being in Grantham.

The lady who owned the hotel made us uncomfortable by insisting on coming into the room with us upon arrival even after I said it’s not my first stay, and when it came to check out knocked on the door 45 mins before checkout to remind us what time checkout was and making sure we were checking out then. Really confusing service and felt like we weren’t being treated fairly; as it wasn’t like that last time I stayed and i don’t think I’ll come back, cheaper rooms with far less hassle are available.
