温哥華西區西班牙海灘海景別墅（近UBC） (Vancouver West Spanish Banks Beach Seaview Villa (next to UBC))

房間很寬敞，晚上到的，房東留好了燈和鑰匙，自行可辦理入住，方便。房屋所處位置很安靜。房屋很有年代感，頗具特色。

Really enjoyed our stay! There's so much historic charm and beautiful scenery to be experienced there, and it's just steps away from the Spanish Bank Beach, Jericho Beach, and UBC. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but for those who can appreciate the original features and embrace this amazing atmosphere, you won't be disappointed Extra, thank you to Yuki, who manages the property and gives 110% every day to make sure everyone has a memorable and relaxing stay.

Place was excellent, easy to communicate. Room was clean and the kitchen and dining was very usefull

The villa was once luxurious. But now it is in a very neglected state. The view of the bay is beautiful, but you can see into the garden, which is in a very unkempt state and the grass is not cut and the attic is dirty. The room was a luxury class, but it is not even standard. The sound insulation is terrible. You can hear the neighbors and even the water in the toilet is flowing. Therefore, for those who expect silence, peace is not suitable. And the smell of an old house and mold. Also, the window was boarded up instead of glass. This shocked us. The accommodation is good, but everything else needs significant improvement.

飯店很乾淨、房間看出去，就是海邊，還有郵輪，視野很好，陽台有椅子，坐著很舒服的享受，房間夠大，車停免費，

Ca bien été comme même. Nous sommes séjourné pour 2 jours ici. Ilia la place pour des améliorations dans la maison.Mais elle est super emplace sur une goline ka gue de merveille et proche des plages.

Some locked or hatched doors in a huge and aged house appear mysterious, not know where they were connected to...Among many AirB&B we had experienced, this might be the only one where lodgers all have a poker face, or they just want to be cautious in a mysterious place. Maybe a pet could make it more livable and warm. The lady janitor is kind though.

I do not recommend this place, I wish I had booked an actual hotel rather than staying here. The room is not clean and has holes in the wall, the bathroom has many dead spiders, our rooms door wouldn’t lock properly so we worried about the safety of our items. Before everything unfolding like this we had asked the owner if they could just have the bathroom cleaned before of the many dead spiders and she said she would but they never did and then ignored us afterwards. We reached out to the customer service of 永安.con and they were super helpful but the owners of this place did not respond and kept ignoring both us and 永安 and only last minute(at around 10pm) told us they will refund us 2 nights of the 4 nights we were planning to stay if we check out the next morning(we stayed 2 nights instead of 4) so we had to scramble last minute told us find another place to stay within our budget. Like I mentioned I would really rather find a safe and clean place to stay rather than here. We also learned from a long term guest here that they are asking friends and family to post fake reviews.

位置環境非常好，房間也很大，雖然有點老木頭的味道，但是蠻乾淨的，而且負責聯繫的姐姐也很熱心，體驗感很不錯。

One hundreds years castle being like fairy stories will come back again. Landlord is very nice. Rememberable and impressive experience.
