穿着羽絨服睡的。房間非常冷，跟前台説了，前台才打開暖氣，暖氣就這麼小小的一片，暖氣根本都不熱。一晚上都沒法睡，冷得不行，被子都特別薄。 太差的體驗了！

Very basic even though we paid alot for the room (London marathon weekend) Asked for extra pillows to be told there aren’t any. No hairdryer. Room so hot even with window open it was like a sauna.

No free internet but the breakfast every day was ok. Close to Lewisham and New cross.

Very understanding and accommodating. Very clean room with all the essentials . Only down side was wifi which you could only use once for free for 30mins. Other than that smooth and clean

Prima hotel met dito ontbijt. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. OV verbinding met het centrum van Londen is overdag goed, maar in de avond matig.
