科勒斯聖詹姆斯酒店格里姆斯比 (St James Hotel)

The hotel is a basic spot right in the centre of Grimsby. It’s looking a little tired but can’t be beaten on price!

The hotel needs updating throughout its quite shabby in areas. Location is great and has access to car parking. When we stayed it was warm and with no air con and a window that opened very slightly it was stifling, the hotel supplied a fan which only circulated hot air around. Unbeknown to us there were lots of new staff being trained who were left on the desk solo and unfamiliar with anything to do with the hotel. One morning just after 9.30am we were woken by the fire alarm going off! As it continued we had to navigate our way to the fire escape (no signs for this) and downstairs to reception who were oblivious to what was going on! Guests in a panic everywhere! Bad enough you might think! But my husband is disabled not only did I have to navigate him downstairs, but a partially sighted couple also who were panic stricken! After about 10 minutes the Manager appeared and told everyone go back to your rooms it’s a training exercise for new staff!! Massive complaint gone into head office for their incompetence and lack of care to their guests knowing full well they had disabled guests staying

Amazing hotel,great location for shopping and eating /drinking.great public transport.super clean lovely comfy beds happy and helpfull staff,I would highly recommend.

The only downside in the room was the heated towel rail, which was stuck on full and extremely hot. This made the room unbearable at night, even with the window open and the fan on; it was horrible.

太習慣凍嘅天氣，房間入面嘅暖氣實在太温暖，最後熄左佢先瞓到，不過如果怕凍嘅人，一入到房，開行暖氣嘅温暖，都真係幾貼心

It is what it is, it was what it was, absolutely fine. No end of hot water day or night.

Lovely stay at St. James Hotel 🏨

As a solo traveler, I felt right at home at The St. James Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Grimsby's attractions and local cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is great for location to station and shops.it cheap n cheerful rooms basic but clean.bar prices not bad either for a hotel.would stay again.gd base for getting to Cleethorpes.5 mins on train.
