廣州輝盛閣國際公寓（萬菱匯店） (Fraser Suites Guangzhou)

這次和寶貝女兒兩人出行，她要我帶她逛街購物，這裏太棒了，步行到可以到廣州最中心，最大的購物地段，所有購物中心都很棒！酒店房間的設施有些陳舊了，但保養好！

每次來廣州都住這裏，交通便利，工作人員都很熱情，尤其是禮賓部的工作人員，非常友善和helpful。設施也很完善。

帶孩子，訂了一個兩居室，非常方便，下樓吃的也多，逛太古滙太方便了。離地鐵口也近，出行也非常方便，下次來廣州還會再來。

地理位置很好，離地鐵近，周邊商業很多。房間衞生，服務員也很熱情。是一次滿意的入住體驗，下回到廣州還會住在這。

衞生和服務都超級好，地理位置也很好，唯一的不足是房間陳舊，地板都有些起翹，傢俱的木飾面有不同程度破損。但是樓下的商場真的很好逛，太古滙買買買啥品牌都有

酒店非常用心給了我們意外驚喜，送上了生日蛋糕，家裡有人過生日（我們從未告知過酒店工作人員），非常非常用心，貼心，很感動，感謝酒店全體工作人員體貼周到的服務，非常感謝！

酒店服務一流，前台職員見我們為家庭客，主動詢問是否需要upgrade 到較大房間，亦會提供小童相關用品。登記入住期間亦會提供welcome drink預客人。 Fraser集團管理的設施無得頂，首先酒店位處優越地段，就在地鐵站旁，與大型商場萬菱薈相連，可達度高。酒店的保安很好，亦另外提供了按摩椅、桑拿室和泳池供住客使用。 房間空間充足，衞生環境很好，很整潔，房間內有洗衣和乾衣機、微波爐、雪櫃、音響電視等，十分方便家庭客入住。

Very good location, just next to a mall and opposite is a street filled with eateries. Very impressive with the hotel especially the services of all the staff. We stayed the 2 bedroom suite and it was unfortunate that the washing machine (dryer function) was not working. The hotel sent technician but it couldn’t be fixed. To resolve the problem, the hotel replaced the washing machine for us. And while waiting for the new washing machine, they helped to dry our clothes and sent back to our room. Very impressive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou My recent stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou was nothing short of a 5-star experience. From the incredible location to the fantastic facilities and, most importantly, the outstanding service, this hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The convenience of this hotel is unmatched. It's directly linked to the ShiPaiQiao metro station, and the covered walkway means you never have to worry about rain or bad weather. The hotel is also connected to two major shopping centers: OneLink Mall, which is right below the hotel, and TaiKoo Hui, which you can easily access via an underground pass. Zhengjia Plaza is also just a short walk away. You will never run out of food choices here. There are countless restaurants and eateries directly in front of the hotel, and both OneLink Mall and TaiKoo Hui offer an amazing selection of dining options, from casual bites to upscale dining. The staff services are absolutely phenomenal. The team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When the refrigerator in our room started making a loud noise late at night, the staff quickly and seamlessly arranged a last-minute room swap for us. The concierge was also incredibly thoughtful, always ready with an umbrella to shelter us to our taxi whenever it rained. Their attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi are all fantastic. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a golf simulator available for guests! The rooms themselves are well-equipped with great amenities like a full-size refrigerator, cooking facilities, and even a washing machine, which is a huge plus for longer stays. I highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou to anyone visiting the city. It’s an easy 5/5 stars and I can't wait to return.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in. De kamer was brandschoon, ruim en zeer comfortabel, met een prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze en de locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum en dicht bij een aantal grote winkelcentrums. Je kan achterlangs afgezet worden of voorlangs door het winkelcentrum bij het hotel komen.
