No tuvimos mucha complicación en localizar el autobús en el aeropuerto para ir al hotel, 20 min aprox des del aeropuerto al hotel. En el hotel muy amables todos, llegamos sobre las 22.30h y pudimos cenar que por cierto la comida del hotel muy recomendable, buffet libre y para cenar dos adultos fueron alrededor de 245 reales. En el check in dejamos reservado la vuelta al aeropuerto. Hubo retraso y el autobús llegó 1h más tarde debido al tráfico. La habitación bastante limpia, aunque en el baño teníamos un agujero en el techo de algo estractor de olores creo, algo se moho en las juntas de la ducha, pero por lo demás muy bien, cama cómodas.

It exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays.

Comfy rooms, great staff (especially the restaurant guys and the receptionist Juliana). Super quiet and delicious breakfast. Rather pricey hotel. Rooms need renovations to keep up with the wear and tear. Despite comfortable, the room was quite old. I’d stay again if it’s a cheaper option.
