Stay for a night. It was oke at first sight. But then when i use the blanket and the bed, i got itchy in all my palm (both hand and toes). They made me go through all the scabiest treatment and still get worst till today (hand and toes heal already, but my scalp still very itchy). Please upgrade your house keeping, the room has no window so you must be very detail when wash your sheet or maybe just change the bed. I give you 5 star for the security service, he is nice and helpfull.

Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn’t up to standard during our stay. The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels appeared to be discolored and didn’t look very clean. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that almost everything in the room — including basic items like toothbrushes and shower gel — was chargeable. Overall, the experience could have been much better if the hotel had paid more attention to cleanliness and provided essential amenities as part of the stay.

The hotel is in a good location in the city centre. The hotel is clean and comfy. Andreas who works in there is an absolute saint. He speaks greats English and even insisted on taking me on a city tour which was very touching and sweet. There’s a good restaurant across the road and a circle K shop next door!

Checking in and out was simple and hassle-free. They require a 150k cash deposit, but if you use a debit or credit card, there’s a small 10k transaction fee. The staff were kind and very accommodating, making the experience smooth. The location is excellent for a quick stay especially if you need something close to Gubeng Train Station. Clean and well-managed; a solid choice for travelers
