真美度假連鎖酒店(陽朔西街璦源店) (Zhenmei Resort Chain Hotel(Yangshuo West Street AiYuan Store))

優點：1.網紅天台出片，巨贊👍 2.原本看酒店圖片，覺得比較陳舊。是因為網紅天台才訂。但實際上房間比較乾淨整潔，超出預期。 3.位置在西街街頭，逛街便利，但也不嘈，這點不錯。 4.娃説下一年還要住這。 缺點：1.酒店在西街街頭，圍蔽了，車進不了，行李多進去還有150米的路，不方便。 2.娃説電視小了點。

房間很老看起來不怎麼乾淨，花灑都臟的要死，實在受不了要求換了一個，浴室很小，轉不開身，一百出頭的水平吧，國慶節漲的太厲害了 。陽朔毫無旅遊體驗感，旅行過最差的地方。

不止一次來陽朔旅遊了，這次帶了長者，孩子一起來。酒店一如既往的熟悉和自然。環境衞生都很不錯，國慶期間還有導遊可以安排行程和用車。非常便利，樓下就是西街鬧市。也有孩子的娛樂設施，很放鬆。

非常非常滿意。孩子特別喜歡住了三天，後來又加住了一天。周圍有蟠桃路加油站有去往高鐵、各旅遊景點的汽車。正好又在西街口。另外樓頂的陽台孩子摯愛風景優美，非常愜意。。

The hotel isn't bad, but our room was not in very good condition. The walls were stained, the wallpaper was peeling, and there was mold in the bathroom. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and were prepared to wait until the 3:00 PM check-in, but we were told that the room was being cleaned and we could check in 15 minutes. However, the entire bathroom floor was covered in someone else's hair; I don't think the cleaning was done properly. I know I booked a budget room, but the quality of cleaning shouldn't depend on the room category. The room windows face an enclosed, non-ventilated inner courtyard where smoking is allowed, but that's still better than having them face the constantly noisy West Street. The air conditioner is positioned directly opposite the bed, blowing cold air right onto the sleeping guests. Yet, it's impossible to stay in the room without the AC—it's hot and stuffy. There is an observation deck on the top floor with old, worn-out carpets and pillows left over from Christmas. There is also a pool, but it's small, shallow (only knee-deep), and dirty, although on one day it was cleaned and children were swimming in it. Overall, the photos on the website do not match reality. There are also chairs and sun loungers on the terrace to enjoy the view. In the lobby, there are many chairs and tables where you can relax and eat; free cold drinks, a coffee machine, and a microwave are available. There's even a tea room. For entertainment, there is a tabletop foosball table and a children's playground. Furthermore, there is a self-service laundry on the 6th floor, which is a big plus. Every day after cleaning, they left us a vase of fruit. And upon check-out, we were given a small gift.

Il est incompréhensible de voir cet hôtel aussi bien noté et aussi haut dans le classement. Hormis l'emplacement géographique idéal (à quelques pas de West Street), cet établissement est à fuir. Les chambres sont petites, le mobilier est complètement désuet, la propreté laisse à désirer et le matériel d'une autre époque. Concernant la climatisation, nous nous demandions si elle n'allait pas nous lacher au vu du bruit qu'elle faisait à chaque utilisation. Et que dire de la vue... Pour un resort, on vous propose une vue sur un gymnase délabré et une déchetterie à ciel ouvert. Les parties communes ? Pas mieux : on vous annonce une piscine qui n'est autre qu'un bac pour se tremper les pieds et qui est surtout très sale. Le mobilier autour de cette dernière est aussi dans un état pitoyable. Tout comme le séjour, qui l'était tout autant.

Hotel was great. I booked the room with a few to the main street, which was very nice. However it is loud in the evening, since the street is full with people and loud clubs. I didnt really care but for somebody that cant fall asleep easily it might be a disturbing. Otherwise loved the location. Can recommend.

1、預訂前就打電話諮詢客房配置問題，結果前台告知不知道？説是新來的？ 2、從停車到辦理入住，我也不提微笑服務了，但起碼不要板著臉吧？尤其是停車引導的工作人員，一副生人勿近的樣子。 3、辦理入住等我把所有行李拿到房間後，居然發現衞生間是沒有淋浴的，房間內就衹有一個大大的浴缸（衹有浴缸邊上有一個手持的淋浴頭），意思是不想泡澡的也得強制用浴缸？結果當晚是站在浴缸中間洗澡的，那畫面非常的滑稽～ 4、衞生方面衹可遠觀不可近看，剛躺下就發現床頭的儲物盒裡居然有一根卷卷的毛髮…… 太過噁心所以就沒拍照了。 5、客房裡原本配置是有電動按摩椅的，結果按摩椅上的坐墊是沒有的（按摩椅裏麪的鋼架就一層很薄的人造皮革），是為了省錢不讓客人使用麼？ 6、再就是燈光照明過於昏暗，客房裡麪本身就是木頭居多而且是懷舊的風格，結果燈光還這麼暗。 優點：1、房間面積夠大 2、空調製冷效果好 3、晚上睡覺夠安靜 4、門口有個私人的小院子 5、因為是樓頂，所以戶外景觀也算不錯。

Nous avions une chambre avec lit queen size et vue sur yangshuo. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre. De l’eau est donnée chaque jour ainsi que des fruits lors du nettoyage. Avec la vue sur West street et le night market cela peut-être légèrement bruyant jusqu’à 23h30 mais le personnel nous l’avait spécifié et cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Le rooftop est très agréable avec la petite piscine et la superbe vue. On peut retrouver du café, de l’eau et des sodas à volonté à l’accueil de l’hôtel ce qui est un vrai plus. Il y a également un desk pour vous aider à booker vos différentes activités autour de Guilin et vous apporter les renseignements nécessaires.

能看得出老闆有很認真的經營酒店。露台的打卡點，每天打掃的泳池，入住後的歡迎水果，以及大廳的免費茶水。細節滿分。位置鬧中取靜，交通便利，步行數分鐘到西街。電驢子去十里畫廊、打車去千里江山圖、打車去車站都很方便。房間乾淨整潔。美中不足的是，房間的那個礦泉水，把我手劃破了。礦泉水那個瓶蓋那竟然有個帶尖拗口，我這麼大第一次被礦泉水給攻擊了，這礦泉水品控也是差的，強烈建議老闆換商家。
