The place is a new, nice place. They are still setting up practices but the staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is simple but sufficient for the price. The days buffet is not served, they serve you from fixed menu. My room had not cleaned during my second day but they switched my room when I insisted. Rooms are nice, neat, clean and so are the washrooms. I would recommend for a 3.5 star experience

property is new and very feels amazing.... though the staff behaviour does not match to the hospitality standards.. reception was sleeping at night and after several calls i had to go down to get fresh towels... checkout was quite unprofessional.. need to work on training on staff..

The hotel amenities were excellent. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Dear hotel management, i recently stayed at your hotel and had a few concerns: 1. The washrooms were not clean. 2. There was no designated non-smoking room available. 3. The renovation work was still ongoing, causing significant disturbance. 4. The breakfast did not match the quality shown in the photos. 5. Room service was late.
