Check-in is very difficult They don’t understand English well enough and don’t know my visa status They check for a very long time They ask for a dinner fee even though I have paid with half board meal The hotel is a little old and the towels and bed sheets are also very old I don’t like the room smell The food is delicious but on the underground floor that I don’t like The good thing is good place for easy transportation Cheap price nearby with Ulba auto

Rooms are very small for the price we paid, not clean, issues with hot water in winter, not at all affordable. Would never suggest to anyone at gurgaon.

We checked in late at night and there was no one at reception. At check in we were not offered water and also it turned out that the wifi was not working. Not all the lights in the room are not working properly. There is no trash can in the bathroom. All night we caught cockroaches and in the corridor someone was arguing loudly late into the night. For this price I do not recommend it.
