I always choose this hotel whenever I visit the city, as it used to be my go-to place.
Unfortunately, the service has declined and no longer feels as welcoming or attentive as before.
I hope they bring back the high standards that made this hotel stand out.

Always a great experience to stay in Taj. Stayed for just a day as had a flight to catch early next day.
Got special breakfast packed on personal request and must say most of my friends who all met at airport were super amazed by the food Taj packed for me.
Taj is amazing , the people who work there make it fantastic, will go again and again whenever Gurugram becomes a night halt.

Лучший отель в Гургаоне (Гуруграме). Останавливалпсь в нем в 2013, посетила в 2025, есть ощущение что стал и чище, и свежее.. не ветшает, одним словом. Находиться в номере- удовольствие.
наверное, освежили систему кондиционирования.

Very good and warm hospitality except the room reservation team..
Food was average. Breakfast was good, staff were very welcoming and prompt housekeeping.
Special thanks to suhail from check in to checkout and jigyanshu from the Bar he made our 永安 memorable.

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

The hotel was excellent, offering an escape from the city's bustle into a little oasis of VIP service and ambiance. This was my second stay, and I always recommend it. While it could use some minor renovations, it remains a fantastic property.
I always choose this hotel whenever I visit the city, as it used to be my go-to place.
Unfortunately, the service has declined and no longer feels as welcoming or attentive as before.
