Excellent. It was one of the best service experiences I had. The value for the price is so good. Undervalued, in my opinion. When I say best service experience. It is by far, and I compare to 5 stars hotel in Singapore and premium location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business 永安, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next 永安!
