Hotel Prag Continental – My Review: 1. Perfect location – everything is nearby, ideal for tourists. 2. Excellent food – though the breakfast menu doesn’t change, it’s fresh and healthy. 3. Helpful and polite staff. 4. Some maintenance issues – bathroom fittings, door locks, and light switches need attention. 5. Room service is very good. Overall, we liked the hotel and had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was located in the city centre,right in pan bazaar just a few steps from LIC guest house. We thoroughly enjoyed it,the rooms were clean and the stay was comfortable. There is a place right in front were we have a local eatery who sells noodles.

One of the hotel with class in this area, the service, the room, the decoration of lobby & reception at this price point is really outstanding. One thing which was out of the tune was missing hash brownie in breakfast.

Hotel mngmt poor. There was a short circuit at the centre of lobby beside lift & starecase at around 10pm resulting fire and whole area filled with poisonous smoke but they didn't called fire brigade and smoke detector was not working so some boarders remained sleeping in their room since nobody informed them. Light was cut and people in the restaurant and bar came out. Instead of calling fire brigade staffs trying to douse flame with water and there was total chaos for more than a hour. In the meantime regular bar visitors doing all type of nuisance and no one was there to stop them. All guests were syanding at road full of mosquitoes at midninght. Later on they started process of contacting other nearby hotels to shift guest since light was cut off and it was difficult to pin point the fault since there electric panel box was inaccessible. after midnight around 2pm guests shifted to other hotels. But yes their staff came quite early in the morning to collect the restaurant bill which guest left half eaten.

The most horrible hotel experience. Had to change my room two time in two days still did not get the best. Everything broken in the hotel room. Highly disappointed
