The service is courteous. Always attentive But they missed the wake up call this morning. Otherwise good to stay at Starline

dirty , not good service , power cut sometimes, bed are absolutely not hygiene food quality is avarage

nice stay polite behaviour of staff. but only one complain charges lot for early checkin. @ Rs 850/- from regular patronage

Property is fine but it can be better if make thing more neat and clean. Also the room service starts after 7.30 am which is quite late as the tourist need to start journey early in morning. Location wise it is good. Also in the reception also they should help us more and ask us if we need any assistance. It seems they don't bother to ask or not interested. They should apply room freshener in lifts and other lobby area as they sometimes smell.

I booked this hotel for 1 night is very bad experience for me the AC is not working and the bathroom door is not working I have very experienced for me

Stay is good to sleep and food is tasty too. Few things you will get if asked. But need to adjust with minor things.

We stayed there for four days. Executive rooms are spacious and bath rooms are also sufficiently spacious. Property is located in the busy area and walkable distance from the backside of the station. Opposite side some good hotels are there for food. Overall our stay was comfortable and problem free
