Food was great, specially breakfast. Scrambled eggs were best. Parking space was good. Location is wonderful. Rooms were spacious. Pillows are best that I have hot in hotels of this range. Improvement is required in room maintenance. Overall good Experience.

hotel is old and not maintained all furniture is dusty, wash room are not clean , worms in washroom water bedrooms are old , dusty and smell bad,

Located on airport road, just @ outskirts of bhind-gwalior, away from city traffic, vast space with ample parking,big infra with glorious decor & multiple party halls and celebration points & pool party, neat & clean premises, well supporting staff & front desk (except Mr Jitendra @ help desk👎🏻) food served @ party lawns was "good" with varieties & multiple options.....but breakfast experience @ "Moti Mahal" was OK OK....can be improved with little efforts like increased options & more friendly staff behaviour Ready to help with smiling face supporting staff(guard/watchman/ cleaning/bell boy) especially Mr kaushlendra 🙂 cons 1. TV provided but of no use( none of tv channels subscribed) 2. No kid's play area 3. AC was not working on 2nd day of stay 4. Intercom service was out of order

We found the hotel and services to be good, location is nice. It was a family 永安 and we used the hotel twice in about 8 days. 4

It was excellent, but some regular maintenance required viz water drainage in shower it was logged in crown room. Rest things were good.

The room service was awful landline was not working complain was given still after complaining for 3 days as per charge of 10000 per night there were only two items in buffet breakfast which is always cold my room was also given near banquet hall which hosts party almost daily it was lot of disturbance due to sound of music until 12am midnight

It was a very pleasant stay, the food was very good. The staff were very friendly. The hotel location is also very close to the airport and the markets. Very good place to stay.

Rooms are just good, not outstanding but the stay gets compensated by the very courteous staff, excellent complimentary breakfast and restaurant with extra courtesy staff, smiling and fully prepared for best customer service.
