No value for money. bad rooms bad and dirty linen clothes on the beds. stinking washrooms. Very bad ambience in the room. not worth paying for one night

Stay and food was good. Hotel staff is cooperative. Cleanliness is good and location of the hotel ambience at a very good place as it's the centre of the city and every tourist place is easily approachable from the hotel.

the bathroom does not have proper looking it’s broken basically, there is no becket also, the ac make loud sound, the chair in the room is broken. 😞 they the dinner thali is also not good.. that’s all

Hotel location from GWL station PF-1 walking distance. Staff behaviour is Good. Cleanliness is Good. Service is average. overall Good choice to stay.

Overall experience was not good we reached late around 10:30pm people sitting at the counter was not taking interest in our concerns like room cleaning I.e bedsheet was not clean firstly ,Ac was not working then after multiple request they changed the room . Again in same room ac issue was there ,washroom was smelling badly , dustbins were not clean and people sitting at reception were busy in their own work was saying us to wait to clean the room and repair the fan and light switch that was free . They did all these thing till 12 pm . I don't understand why they don't check these things earlier
