No space for driver inside the hotel There should be a room for drivers to stay I had to go to another hotel for driver to get room

The stay was good, the restaurant staff Mr. Raju and the reception staff's behavior was very good and the room service staff was not right, they called many times, they brought the water bottle in 1:30 hours and ignored the coffee items, water is free in the room but they added money for that as well, I did not enjoy in Gwalior

The positives include its good location, decent food quality , clean rooms with quality furniture/ bathroom etc. The negatives being the bad upkeep of the entrance area, debris lying around , poor hot water availability, non existence of travel desk. The staff is naive and hence lack the manners of the courtesy expected at a 3 star facility. The prices are little over the board almost of a 4 star hotel. The worst part of our stay was non availability of hot water in the bathroom in a winter season.

Very shabby and ill-maintained property. Some floors were under renovation but that's no excuse to put up guests in sub-standard rooms. Did not expect such an experience after going . The false ceiling was broken, there was mold and crap on bathroom curtains, instead of the exhaust there was a gaping hole in the wall.

They charged extra 1000 rs for having local ID’s , why ?? , either they should allow or they should not. And they provided room at 1:05 pm , it’s really irritating.

They need to renovate the hotel rooms and specially bathroom fittings. Bathroom fittings are very old and do not work properly.
