酒店早餐的餐廳非常寬敞,食物的質素十分佳.最重要是交通方便,離火車站,長途車站,公交總站都是十分鐘內步程.

The location is great, especially if like us, you're travelling by train (or bus). Our room was tiny, very drab, and not even a picture on a wall to cheer the room up. A kettle and hospitality tray would have made our stay better. It's rare to find such meanness in a hotel these days, and the only one out of the four we stayed in that didn't supply us with one. At breakfast, there was quite a good choice of food, I didn't eat a cooked meal but my husband said that the hot food was fine. Guests were filling up their own water bottles from the dispenser, which is really unhygienic, and the waitresses didn't have their lovely long hair tied back, which is also a hygiene issue. The reception staff were efficient, and our bags were kept safe when we arrived too early to check in. Györ is a lovely town to explore.

Room was really dirty. Carpet was not really clean, with throwaway cups from last guests. I caught a cockroach myself. Had to shorten my stay, also had to change my plan to visit Budapest... :-( Breakfast was okay in variety and quality, but there were too many guests and staffs were not so professional, nor attentive (although there were many of them).

We arrived before check in time, and were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception. When we got to know the room would be available before check in time, we were allowed to get in but had to pay an early check in fee. I worked in three different hotels in different countries, there was no such a rule, it would be just a favor to let the guests in provided that their room would be ready. We were offerend breakfast for a fee the same day, for a more expensive fee the day after. Apart from these incidents, the room was clean and quiet. The location Is excellent, close to the station and the city centre.

Erstmal möchte ich betonen, dass die Empfangsdame das Lächeln verloren hat. Man wollte nachträglich von mir die Kurtaxe erheben, obwohl die bereits bei 永安 im Preis hinterlegt war. Als ich ihr dann dies in der App zeigte, akzeptierte sie es wiederwillig. Das Hotel ist definitiv sanierungsbedürftig. Alles wirkt so wie in den 70er. Die Zimmer sind unhygienisch und es wimmelt überall Insekten. Ich habe Silberfische und Kakerlaken gesehen. Die Kinder wollten nicht mehr schlafen. Der Tepicch ist extrem dreckig und im Bad das Silikon ist überall am schimmeln. Definitiv werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr nutzen. Auch bei Abreise war der Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und sah so aus, als ob er frisch aus dem Bett aufgestanden hat.

The room had a terrible smell - although they claim it's a non-smoking one. It really smelt like someone's been smoking there for years. The carpet was smelly too and had stains on it. The air-conditioning is very loud and makes strange noises every few minutes making it impossible to sleep when it's on.
