Traumhaft schön

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

Heerlijk hotel, schoon modern en rustig gelegen

Quiet place, relax. Near have a parking lot (5 min by walk). Food of the restaurant is good. Staff are friendly.

Alles in allem gut. Schöne Zimmer, mega Aussicht, etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Pool auf dem Dach kleiner als dargestellt, zu wenig Platz, aber super Aussicht. Kleine Sauna gut, mit Dachterrasse. Frühstück ok und bemüht, Restaurant (4), Personal ok, nette Reinigungskräfte, Hotel sehr abgelegen, langer Fußweg zur Seebrücke 3km - fantastischer Strand (sooo schön). Hinter dem Hotel das beste Essen durch exquisite Restaurants.

Het enige nadeel was dat de kamers zeer gehorig waren. Geen rust gehad helaas. Voor de rest alles prima in orde. (Sauna is zonder badkleding, voor degenen die het willen weten)

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, jedoch war der Frühstücksraum für die Menge an Gästen unterdimensioniert. Es war sehr voll und laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zwei Fahrstühle waren für die Größe des Hotels nicht ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 13. Etage und der Fahrstuhl hat fast in jeder Etage gestoppt, bei jeder Fahrt, egal ob aufwärts oder abwärts.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente und guter Ausstattung. Leider hat der Service nicht überzeugt. Am Morgen war die Reinigung zwar da, aber es wurde kein neues Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Ich habe an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben – leider ohne Erfolg. Auch ein Anruf dort blieb unbeantwortet. Schade, denn sonst wäre der Aufenthalt rundum gelungen gewesen.

Het hotel heeft een prima locatie aan zee. Afstand naar de strandtentjes is ongeveer 20/30 minuten. Alleen ruikt het binnen het hotel en in de kamers een vies (riolering?). Voor de rest is het een prima hotel

Hotel was very nice, beautiful rooms. Very friendly staff. However, the spa did not live up to our expectations. It was smaller than it looked on the pictures. Also, the gym was very small, it had few gym equipment. Overall it was a nice stay with beautiful views on the beach and the city.
