This hotel is located in a convenient part of Cat ba island. There are restaurants nearby and the staff are nice and able to speak English. For the price you have a relatively clean room with a wet room shower. The amenities are very bare - the shower gel and soap come in packets, no water is provided. The room locking is done from the inside which is also a bit unusual. Noise levels are an issue in the evening as the windows are incredibly thin as well as being frosted so you won't be able to see outside. The bathroom ceiling height is quite low with the vent basically a slit in the wall which lets in smells from outside - mainly people who are smoking below. Overall it's an alright budget friendly alternative to a hostel although I wouldn't stay here again
