Property is good and situated in heart of the town but doesn't have proper restaurant for meals you have to depend on swiggy or zomato which staff prefers secondly only one staff is on duty and that too heavily drunk owner himself is the accountant who gives food bill which they order from zomato/swiggy and as he was not available they didn't gave bill i think they should work on staff issue seriously

The room is booked was business room. The room was a tiny super small size, i have ever stayed in. It’s suffocating size. The bathroom had strange pungent smell. So small. I do not know how they call it a business room? its even not a room. As soon as, we checked in the hotel, owner asked us to upgrade the room with additional 1000 rs as its a basic room? When i saw the room, it was so tiny and suffocating. No cupboard to keep your things. Just enter in the room and sit on bed. No place to walk in. No window, no ventilation. Pigeon hole it was! anyway. We had to spend just the night and we checked out as early as possible. Cant say about kitchen and good as i dint had anything in hotel.

I booked executive room but the hotel staff provided me an ordinary room saying "we have only this room which you booked" after having some conversation with the staff, it was informed by them that if some extra charges will be paid then they can manage to provide me the executive room which i booked earlier.

Stay at solitude haldwani was money well spent. Exceptionally done rooms & spotlessly clean property. Access to cafeteria for meals was relaxing. Enjoyed a walk on the terrace. Host along-with the staff are respectful & supportive. Definitely to be visited again.
