nice hotel near railway station.clean & staff beaviour was good. room was perfect for 2 people .make mytrp does the job well

Very rude behaviour of staff members, and there was not extra mobile charging point on inverter, if you want to charge your phone you have to remove wire cooler in this hot season.

The facilities were good, they provide wifi but speed is very slow, rest is good. I didn't try the food there so I can't comment on that. Little difficult to find out location. I called hotel staff then then I got the exact location.

hotel is pathetic . not recommended for family. situated inside sabzi mandi. car is unapproachable. all staff seems to be suspicious launda lafeda .totally not recommended. after booking I have seen the hotel and even after payment I have decided to not to stay is this. I havenot checked in with family coz it was unsafe for family .

It was a good, safe place to stay at Haldwani. even though I arrived late at night there was a person ready for our check-in the room was decent, clean and spacious. the hospitality was good and also the food
